OUR MISSION STATEMENT: To protect and enhance the environment, and restore the Nottawasaga riverbanks and Fishing Parks in Essa Township with a focus to improve access and habitat for migratory salmon and rainbow trout.

NOTICE TO ANGLERS: Rainbow Trout Fishing Regulation Change for the Main Nottawasaga River from the Mouth of the Boyne River downstream to the Mouth of the Pine River (Beginning January 1, 2008). YEAR ROUND CATCH AND RELEASE SEASON FOR RAINBOW TROUT ONLY. All other fishing regulations remain unchanged as presented in the Ontario Fishing Regulations Summary.
